This is really cool. The setup for the story is great, and I really like how you portrayed the Orc's difficult existence under the rule of the Elves. Your designs are also distinct and you created great characters, especially Fetali. The action is creative and exciting, and you have written in some solid twists.

As you continue to develop this, it can help to hit a stronger balance between the plot and Fetali's characterization. The plot is epic and has good pacing, but Fetali's struggles and arc aren't clear yet. Besides the external challenges of the oppression from the elves, the struggle with the magic, and protecting the children, what does he have to overcome internally? I love where all of this is going, and if you can clarify what Fetali has to overcome (You've already planted a lot of good seeds with his dad), it could make this epic fantasy even better as well as making the story clearer.

You have knocked it out of the park with your world-building and I hope this grows stronger and stronger as you develop it. The foundation is solid and this is a very cool project!

One thing I'm really hoping to strengthen in future iterations is exactly what you mentioned: Who is Fetali? Right now he's reacting to everything and not choosing anything. He's a plot piece and not a character yet. You are the second person to point out the tension with Korai as a good focal point for his conflict. It was so obvious I don't know how I didn't see it, lol.
